Website Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the website dgdedu.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and the rules for the sale of mobile, desktop, and web applications offered by Rafał Sadowski (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).

1.2. The administrator of the Website and the entity responsible for its content is Rafał Sadowski, based in Wyszków, e-mail: dgdgplay@gmail.com.

1.3. By using the Website, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products and Purchases

2.1. The products offered by the Seller include educational applications, educational games, and digital content available through App Store, Google Play, Microsoft Store, and WebGL web versions.

2.2. Applications are purchased directly through the respective sales platforms, including:

• App Store (Apple Inc.),

• Google Play (Google LLC),

• Microsoft Store (Microsoft Corporation).

2.3. Purchases made through App Store, Google Play, and Microsoft Store are also subject to the terms, policies, and transaction rules of those platforms, including payment, refund, and transaction handling policies.

2.4. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms and conditions of the respective platforms before making a purchase.

2.5. Purchasing a product grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application, game, or digital content.

2.6. Activation codes are single-use only and may be activated on one user account and one device only.

2.7. Activation codes cannot be renewed, reactivated, transferred, or reused on another device.

2.8. Users may lose access to an activated license if browser data, local storage, operating system files, or browser data are deleted, or if the device or browser is changed or reinstalled.

2.9. The Seller is not responsible for the loss of access resulting from user actions, including deletion of local data, changing devices, or using private/incognito browser mode.

2.10. WebGL products may require a modern web browser and enabled browser local storage support.

3. No Right of Withdrawal

3.1. In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws regarding digital content delivered immediately after purchase, the user acknowledges that the right to withdraw from the agreement may not apply once access to the digital product has been granted.

3.2. Before completing a purchase, the user is informed about the lack of the right to withdraw from the agreement where applicable.

4. Complaints and Support

4.1. Users may submit a complaint if the application or game:
a) does not function as described,
b) contains significant errors preventing proper use.

4.2. Complaints should be submitted via e-mail to: dgdgplay@gmail.com.

4.3. The Seller undertakes to review complaints within 14 business days.

4.4. If the complaint is accepted, the Seller may:
a) provide an updated or corrected version of the application or game,
b) offer technical support to resolve the issue.

5. Seller Liability

5.1. The Seller shall not be held responsible for issues resulting from:
a) incompatibility of the application or game with the user’s device,
b) incorrect system configuration on the user’s side,
c) modifications or interference in the application or game code by third parties,
d) technical limitations of external platforms or web browsers,
e) loss of local data by the user.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.

6.2. Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Polish law and applicable European Union law.

6.3. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by the competent court in accordance with applicable law.
