1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the dgdedu.pl website (hereinafter referred to as the „Website”) and the rules for selling mobile and computer applications offered by Rafał Sadowski (hereinafter referred to as the „Seller”) in the App Store, Google Play, and Microsoft Store.
1.2. The Website Administrator and entity responsible for its content is Rafał Sadowski, based in Wyszków, e-mail: dgdgplay@gmail.com.
1.3. Use of the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products and Purchase
2.1. Products offered by the Seller are educational applications available in the App Store, Google Play, and Microsoft Store.
2.2. Applications can be purchased directly in the following stores:
App Store (Apple Inc.)
Google Play (Google LLC)
3. No Withdrawal from the Contract
3.1. Pursuant to Art. Pursuant to Article 38, Section 13 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days does not apply to digital content delivered immediately after purchase, if the consumer has consented to this.
3.2. Before finalizing the purchase, the user is informed of the impossibility of withdrawing from the contract.
4. Complaints
4.1. The user may submit a complaint if the application: a) does not function as described, b) contains significant errors that prevent it from functioning properly.
4.2. Complaints should be submitted to the following email address: kontakt@gobrain.pl.
4.3. The Seller undertakes to review the complaint within 14 business days.
4.4. If the complaint is accepted, the Seller may:
a) provide a revised version of the application,
b) offer technical support to resolve the problem.
5. Seller’s Liability
5.1. The Seller is not responsible for problems resulting from:
a) incompatibility of the application with the user’s device,
b) incorrect configuration of the user’s system,
c) tampering with the application code by third parties.
6. Final Provisions
6.1. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
6.2. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law and European Union law shall apply.
6.3. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by a competent court in accordance with applicable law.
